At Moher Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with Irish and EU distance selling regulations, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to change your mind and cancel your order or return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be:
Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
In their original, undamaged packaging.
Golf ball packs must have the outer seals/sleeves intact.
Please note: Custom merchandise (fulfilled by Printful) can also be returned within 14 days under EU law. However, if an item is returned simply due to a change of mind, it must be completely pristine and unworn.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. For custom merchandise that arrives misprinted or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Return Your Items
Email us at info@mohergolf.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
We will provide you with the return shipping address in Ennis, Co. Clare.
Pack the items securely and mail them back to us.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the direct shipping costs for returning items due to a change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item, Moher Golf will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Your refund will be processed automatically via Stripe to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
